Can I see your prices online within this site?
IFC offer project management & installation on all of its equipment, therefore we generally quote clients for each individual enquiry. Prices for all of our equipment are available from our sales team.
Is it easy to get a quote from IFC?

Can I order by phone, fax or email?

Yes. You can place an order by telephone on 01268 596 900 Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, & Friday 08:30-17:00. By fax on 01268 728 435, or by email at sales@inflow.com

Can I set up a trade account with you?
Yes. All you need to do is fill in the enquiry form on the contact us page, with all your details. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements. Please note that credit accounts are offered after payment for your first order has cleared.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque or a secure bank transfer such as BACS.
Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts may be available for large quantities. For further details please email sales@inflow.com with your details, the equipment & quantity you require. We will provide you with a specific quotation.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices quoted exclude VAT. VAT will be added to all orders despatched to UK destinations. VAT will not be added to export orders provided we are able to obtain satisfactory evidence of export as required by HM Customs & Revenue.
How are the products delivered & what is the cost?
Goods are shipped by via a courier or haulage company. For courier deliveries please refer to our catalogue. Larger orders are quoted on an individual basis.
Is IFC Inflow ISO accredited?
Yes. Our company is certified to ISO 9001.2008
What do I do if I ordered the wrong product?

We can only accept product returns as a result of incorrect ordering & only at our discretion. Products must not be returned to us without prior notification & must be unused, in good condition & in the original primary packing, which must also be in good condition &suitable for resale.

All returns will be subject to a handling charge of 20%. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances can we accept returns of non-catalogue items.

Will you pass my details to any third party?
No. We will not share your personal information with other companies. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
All our products are rigorously checked to ensure they perform as claimed. In the unlikely event that an IFC product fails to perform satisfactorily then please contact us immediately, so we can investigate the problem & take any action deemed necessary.
