We’ve used our 30 years’ experience of tanker loading to develop the ADE range of electronic loading skids. These state-of-the-art skids offer all the features, benefits & flexibility modern oil depots require for safe & efficient tanker bottom loading.

Our depot loading skids are a fully integrated loading system complete with meters, pumps, loading arms, control equipment & safety systems, all mounted on a transportable galvanised steel frame.

Our electronic depot loading skids feature the very latest in tanker loading control with the MPC 100 multi point controller.

This operator friendly load computer provides very precise batch control for road tanker loading & can operate up to 4 loading arms/metering points simultaneously. It also provides PIN code authorisation for drivers & vehicles, which adds another level of security to the loading process.

The backlit display & large keypad make it easy for the operator to use, & the system can be supplied as a stand-alone system where it is operated with an office based printer for printing bills of loading, or in depot automation mode, where it can connect to terminal / depot automation software & can be used to fully control all loading operations within the depot.

As with all our systems, our electronic bottom loading skids meet all current safety legislation surrounding road tanker loading, & are available with 900 or 1,600 litres per minute loading speeds. We recommend the 900 litres per minute version for depots operating 5 tankers or less, whilst 1600 litres per minute is best suited for depots with larger tanker fleets.

Safety benefits include tanker earth monitoring & overfill protection; emergency shut off, & a thermal pressure relief system.
