Our Multi Level Platform (MLP) units are the ideal solution for accessing the tops of tankers safely & efficiently. They conform to the latest Health & Safety Working at Height Regulations, & provide a flexible option for tanker loading & other at height activities such as inspection & cleaning. A safe & lasting answer to your tanker fall prevention requirements.

Our multi level access platforms are ideal for situations where your tankers may have limited access or no catwalk fitted, as they comprise of a loading platform with flip up panels to expose the tanker manway area for access & loading. Our tanker loading platforms can be fitted to your existing gantries or installed with their own support columns.

The multi level access platform is easily positioned for tanker loading thanks to advanced hydraulics allied to proximity switches ensuring no damage to the tanker or other equipment. The self levelling platform is available in sizes ranging from 1.4 to 2 metres wide & 2 to 10 metres long & is made of mild steel & aluminium. The flip up panels can be specified in aluminium or, if corrosion is a particular concern – in areas near the sea for example – GRP or marine grade paint may be preferred.

Our MLP’s are suitable for all types of hazardous chemical tanker loading situations along with non-hazardous materials, and are part of our extensive fall prevention range.
