Technical Field Salesperson

To provide a total focus on the sale of our products and services.  This is a customer-facing role, selling our products and services to new and existing customers, managing client relationships, and developing new business and markets.

  1. Actively target and grow sales of products and services to new and existing customers
  2. Maximise sales on all opportunities
  3. Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships, including regular customer contact
  4. Develop opportunities in new market segments
  5. Prospect for new customers
  6. Identify and investigate new opportunities to increase sales
  7. Help develop, implement and maintain a strategic sales plan
  8. Manage customer interaction at the inquiry, quote, and sales order stages
  9. Co-ordinate the involvement of key company personnel in the sales process
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry associations
  11. Meet targets for sales, profit, and strategic objectives within key sectors
Skills and Experience
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong organisation and time management skills
  3. Good negotiation skills
  4. IT literate
