For more than 25 years, IFC Inflow has designed, built, installed, and maintained hundreds of loading skids for road tanker bottom loading operations. Our AD range of skids is primarily used within the oil distribution industry for the loading of oil and petroleum based fuels such as diesel, kerosene, gas oil, petrol, etc, and have been designed specifically for the efficient loading of road tankers. Our skids can be specified with up to five arms and can load at flowrates from 800 and 2500 litres per minute depending on size of the operation and the number of tankers being loaded.
Fuel Loading skids that use the concept of fitting pumps and metering equipment onto a movable steel frame has been used for many years, in many process and fluid handling industries. IFC have developed an expert knowledge of both the concept and its practical application. For depot loading, flow rates of between 800 and 1400 litres per minute are available. A high speed 2400 litres per minute option for terminal applications is also available. IFC tanker loading systems and skid packages meet all current regulations. The loading skids can be designed to operate in zone 1 hazardous areas.
The flexibility in the design of the fuel loading systems means IFC can provide a skid package to suit most fuel and petrochemical applications. By discussing your needs, IFC can help advise on the type of loading equipment that is best suited to your liquid loading needs to create a system incorporating options best suited to your oil or chemical depot requirements.
If you want a complete skid solution, we recommend the inclusion of our high speed bulk loading pumps. which are mounted on the skid frame and are available in a range of sizes and flowrates, and can be specified for each application. Our pumps are built to last with energy-efficient, three-phase motors close-coupled to centrifugal pump units.
We only fit electrical equipment that has been ATEX certified for use in such locations. All the on-skid electrical wiring is provided using steel wire armoured cables and industry standard glanding installed to CompEx requirements by certified electrical technicians.
