Skid Servicing
The skid servicing package includes the inspection for operation, wear and tear, leaks, corrosion and general condition.

Annual Skid Service and Inspection
The objective of this service is to check the operation and condition of the skid and fully inspect all the key systems within it, including the safety systems, loading arms and flow meters. The service includes the Inspection for operation, wear and tear, leaks, corrosion and general condition of the following:
- Loading arms, drop hoses, API couplings, swivel joints, hose sleeves
- Vapour pot, vapour hose, float switch, vent stack
- Rack monitor, lead and plug
- Flowmeters, mechanical preset valves, counters and ticket printers
- Thermal relief system including valves, pipework and connections
- On skid electrical system including emergency stops, micro switches, junction boxes, glands, cable and tray
- All skid mechanical parts including pipework, frame, isolation valves, flanges
- Electric control panel.
Combined Service Inspection & Meter Calibration
The objective of this service is to provide a reduced service/inspection of the skid, combined with full meter calibration. The service includes the operation, inspection, wear and tear, leaks, corrosion and general condition of the following:
- Loading arms, drop hoses, API couplings
- Rack monitor, lead and plug
- Thermal relief system including valves, pipework and connections
- On skid safety system including emergency stop and float switch
- General condition of skid including pipework, valves, flanges, etc
- Check and clean meter filters
- Check operation of mechanical heads / inspect electronic pulsers
- Issue calibration certificates
Onsite servicing
