Meter Calibration
We regularly assess and train our engineers so they are competent in carrying out any meter calibration service and maintenance work.

Therefore keeping them in safe and reliable working order.
Annual Meter Calibration
The objective is to calibrate all the flow meters on a bottom loading skid. So, the service includes the following:
- Check, as well as clean meter filters
- Check operation of mechanical heads / inspect electronic pulsers
- Check operation of mechanical or electrical flow control valves
- Calibration and flow rate tests
- Thermal relief system including valves, pipework and connections
- Seal meters
- Issue calibration certificates
- Electric control panel
Combined Service Inspection & Meter Calibration
The objective of this service is to provide a reduced service/inspection of the skid, as well as full meter calibration. The service includes the operation, inspection, wear and tear, leaks, corrosion, as well as general condition of the following:
- Loading arms, drop hoses, API couplings
- Rack monitor, as well as the lead and plug
- Thermal relief system including valves, pipework and connections
- On skid safety system including emergency stop , as well as float switch
- General condition of skid including pipework, valves, flanges, etc
- Check and clean meter filters
- Check operation of mechanical heads / inspect electronic pulsers
- Issue calibration certificates
Onsite servicing
