In situations where highly corrosive chemicals are being loaded, standard metals may not suitable in the wet line. The loading arm can be handled with ease. This is due to the robust and high quality design of the swivel joints along with the precise loading arm balancing. In these instances we can use specially crafted, high quality design, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE lined loading arms) or (PFA lined loading arms). Suitable for applications where the tanker connection flange cannot be accurately positioned and has a long reach. The lining provides a much more resistant surface in contact with the liquid. Preventing contamination and ensuring a long operating life for the equipment.
If PTFE lined loading arms might be suitable for your application, speak to our engineers to deploy them. Other Loading Arm variants can be provided with this lining if required. An inlet flange can be included in designs.
