Power Mechanical Folding Stairs

Using the Flowstep Power pack provides two primary benefits.

1. It removes any concerns over manual lifting and repetitive stress. Even though our folding stair units are compression spring balanced and can be manually lifted and lowered, the FlowStep power pack gives the site effortless operation and on busy sites there is often a concern over the repetitive stress, which is also removed.
2. For larger stair and cage systems, such as 5 step or wide folding stairs with big cages the weight of the system can become cumbersome and heavy to lift. In these application IFC recommend the use of the FlowStep power pack as standard.

• Simple to use GRP control panel for easy operation. Panel comes with up / down toggle and air pressure gauge as standard.
• Industrial pneumatic ram with adjustable intake valves to ensure smooth control
• Heavy duty mounting brackets for ram and control panel

• Can be fitted to new stairs or retrofitted to existing site mounted stairs
• We can supply a standalone mains electric powered compressor to provide air directly to the system on sites where an air supply is not readily available
