Mobile tanker
access system

Our TopTank mobile tanker access system is used to safely access the tops of road tankers and ISO tanks without the need for a fixed gantry

The TopTank mobile tanker access system was specially designed to meet the requirements of sites where fixed access points aren’t a viable option, for instance in remote locations. While still providing the highest level of safety for the operator. Because the design is highly-manoeuvrable with robust casters, it can manage rough terrains without posing an increased safety risk to the operator. In addition, the stairs are easy to use for a single operator without the need for vehicles or other towing equipment. Therefire making them ideal for small operations, including; load sampling, product inspection, tanker venting, manway opening and closing, cleaning, and testing.

The company had various tankers being loaded and unloaded in different locations due to the nature of the site. Therefore requiring operators to climb onto the backs of tankers to attach the hoses. See our solution here.
